Joe G’s family owned and operated Italian restaurant is nestled in the heart of New York.
Established more than 20 years ago, this stylish, modern basement restaurant has a period feel with dark Mahogany wood paneling, mirrors, sparkling glassware, shiny brass railings and faux tiffany lamps. Despite such seclusion, Joe G’s is clearly sought after: shoppers, couples (in various states of infatuation) and business types are typically found here. Pizzas are an obvious specialty, but so too are meat dishes that are balanced with poultry and seafood options. The combinations available are truly mouth-watering. Service is sharp and attentive, and everything is freshly cooked in-house (right down to the bread rolls which are fired in the pizza ovens before dawn every morning). The wine list is extensive and exclusively Italian, with a great choice from well priced house wines to the top of the range Supertuscans that we have come to expect from Italy, all of which in their own way complement the menu.
