Here at "Ciao Bella" Pizzeria and Restaurant (Bella is my Grandmother) we take pride in the fact that we use only the finest ingredients. Bella's "original old fashioned homemade sauce" starts with fresh-picked, succulent vine-ripened tomatoes, mixed in with our own blend of herbs and spices, which are then simmered to perfection.
We use only freshly grated 100% whole milk mozzarella, fresh sliced vegetables, and our hand tossed dough is made from several flours which allows us to achieve the ultimate texture and taste.
The end result is a delicious and savory thin crust pizza that would make "Nonna Bella" proud.
