Best Chinese Restaurant in the City Highly-recommended!! I've been a loyal customer at Noodles 28 in the two locations in NYC for more than five years for three simple reasons; 1) Delicious, fresh, authentic Chinese and Vietnamese food 2) Best bang for your buck 3) Fast, VIP service. For all those reviewers out there, you must be delusional. Whoever heard of a breaded- tofu? That's Japanese food, not Chinese. Subpar service? I always get consistently NICE waitstaff in both locations. TRY NOODLES ON 28 - you will NOT be disappointed.
