Bruno Cilio is a business lawyer with offices in Italy as well as New York. Bruno is a talented amateur chef who felt compelled to preserve the culinary traditions of Campania. As the founder of Cilio & Partners, P.C., Bruno assists corporate and independent European investors with their business dealings in the US and American clients with their European transactions.
Dario Cipollaro de l'Ero is an experienced executive and consultant for well-known luxury Neapolitan menswear brands in the U.S., who has also managed manufacturing companies in Italy, India and Indonesia.
PizzArte's team includes three pizza makers from Naples who ensure that every pizza is just as good as it is in its birthplace.
Our pizzas are made in accordance with European Union protocols that respect tradition based on using simple and natural ingredients, such as buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo flour and extra virgin olive oil. The cooking is done in a pizza oven constructed from materials imported from Naples according to the techniques of ancient artisans.
